Q: What Is Your Return Policy?
A:
You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. There will be information included with your order regarding our return procedure. You must contact us prior to returning an item for it to be accepted.
In the even that the item is not as described, we will provide you with a return label at no cost to you (US addresses only). as well as issue a full refund of your purchase price. At your request, we can ship a replacement item (if available), instead of issuing a refund.
Please note that if you have paid extra for a faster shipping option (for example 2nd Day Air), the additional shipping cost is nonrefundable. In addition, we are only able to cover return shipping from the address that we shipped your order to. If you use a mail forwarder or other service to forward the package from that address, you will be responsible for the cost to return the item to the forwarder location.
Q: When Will My Item Be Shipped?
A:
All items paid by 3:00 PM EST will ship same day. The ones paid after that time, will ship next business day. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not business days. If your item was purchased after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.
Q: What Shipping Options do you Offer?
A:
Our standard shipping will be through either USPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. If you need your purchase faster, we can look into expedited shipping for an additional cost. IIf FedEx shipping is used, please enter a physical address during the checkout, as FedEx will not ship to a PO Box.
All shipments will comply with applicable carrier regulations and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49. Items classified as ORM-D will labeled as such and will not be eligible for international shipping.
Q: Who Is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs?
A:
If the item you received is defective or grossly misrepresented, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
We are unable to provide a prepaid return label to buyers outside of the United States. We will instead reimburse return shipping costs. Please contact us for details.
Q: Is the Original Box Included?
A:
Yes. However, in very rare cases when we think the original box is not strong enough to protect your item during shipping, we will replace it with a new box and pack it professionally.
Q: What If My Item Was Damaged Or Lost in Shipping?
A:
All shipments are fully insured. We will file an insurance claim and you will receive a full refund within 5 business days, in case of damaged item that is not repairable. You must keep the item and its packaging for up to 8 business days as the carrier may inspect it. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund.
Q: Do You Ship Internationally and to U.S. Protectorates?

We ship to Canada almost all products we offer. If you're from a different country or U.S. Protectorates, you need to contact us about shipping costs prior to purchase. Some items are too large or heavy to ship internationally, please be advised. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes (if applicable) of their country.
Q: Do You Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Yes, but you must contact us for shipping rates prior to purchase. The offered shipping cost in the listing applies only to 48 states.
Q: Is Local Pick-up Available?

We can make arrangements for local pickup of your purchase at our Holland, Michigan warehouse upon request. Please reach out to us if you are interested in local pickup.
Q: How Long Do I Have to Pay For My Item?

Your purchase must be paid within 4 calendar days. Please be advised that e-Check payments take up to 4 business days to complete. If the payment is not completed on the 4th calendar day, the Unpaid Item Case will be filed automatically.

It's versatile enough to use with any instrument and, for singer-songwriters, excels on acoustic guitar and vocals. Its hand-selected capsule is paired with high-end transformerless circuitry using only the finest components. The Origin is designed to deliver direct, smooth and intimate sound. for a supremely natural and transparent recording.
Aston Swiftshield
SwiftShield combines the Aston Swift shock mount and the Aston Shield pop filter into one bundle to give you the perfect setup for your studio vocal mic. The Aston Swift shock mount takes microphone mounting to the next level of ease. With 2 quick release spring clips designed to fit the Origin, and a wide range of other mics, from 40-60mm diameter, mounting your microphone takes seconds.
We have reconceived the shock system, and as with all our products worked from the ground up on an entirely new design idea. The ‘ShockStar’ suspension eliminates the need for fiddly rubber bands, but offers a high level of elasticity for maximum isolation.

Return Policy
Downtown Photo is proud to offer a

return or exchange policy on most items for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit)
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are shown to be defective in manufacture (as decided by the manufacturer):
