Shipping
Hollywood DJ Shipping Policy
When you place an order with Hollywood DJ, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of items ordered and the shipping options you choose. Orders placed after 2:30pm (pst) will ship on the next business day.
Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as business days. If you placed your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. However, we do aim to get your order out quickly, and lots of orders do go out the same day.
Free Shipping - Estimated delivery from 7 to 10 business days
Most items qualify for free ground shipping.
While we'd love to ship everything free, there are some exclusions. Free Shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized/overweight products, clearance / open box products and orders that used a coupon code. Separate handling fees may apply to items that qualify for free shipping.
We charge shipping for:
Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery time from 3 to 5 business days
3 Day Select - Estimated delivery time 3 day transit not counting the shipping day
Second Day Air - Estimated delivery time 2 day transit not counting the shipping day
Next Day Air - Estimated delivery time 1 day transit not counting the shipping day
PO BOX
We Do Not Ship to PO Boxes - A valid residential address must be provided. If you provided a PO box, we will contact you to provide a street address. This will cause delays for your shipment, so please make sure to update your address properly.
International Shipping
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are limited in what we can ship outside of the United States. Please call us to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally.
Returns
Hollywood DJ Returns And Exchange Policy
Defective/Damaged Items must be reported to Hollywood DJ within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy-30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - Restrictions Apply
Our goal is your total satisfaction. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not satisfied for any reason, let us know. We will gladly accept your qualifying return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by calling HOLLYWOOD DJ. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information ready when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. This information can be found on your invoice.
Return Guidelines
Item(s) must be packaged within a separate shipping box
Item(s) must be received in “Like New” condition
Item(s) must include all original packaging, manuals, components, accessories etc.
Item(s) that do not meet these guidelines are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Item(s) that are opened or have been used are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Item(s) returned with missing accessories/components are subject to a charge fot the replacement.
Special order items can not be returned
All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 3 weeks from the time you return your order for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Defective Items
For your convenience, you will be issued a printable, pre-paid shipping label for returns within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Once we receive your return and have validated the defect we will exchange the defective product for a brand new one, or will issue a refund should you choose to decline replacement.
All items will be inspected (serial numbers as well) and thoroughly tested by a technician upon arrival back to Hollywood DJ. The customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs, including return labels sent for items claimed to be damaged, defective or Dead on arrival which are found to be in full working order and/or do not match the damage originally described.
International Orders
Orders for shipment outside of United States are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with US funds, by a cashier's check drawn on a US bank or by wire transfer. HOLLYWOOD DJ only accepts credit cards issued by a US bank, and have a billing address in the US, for orders shipping to US addresses. For further assistance, feel free to Contact Us.
Hollywood DJ does not pay any postage (Incoming or outgoing, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees) on International returns, exchanges or defective item replacements. All transportation costs including taxes, duties, additional charges, VAT's and/or brokerage fees will solely be the buyer's responsibility.

The adjustable height from 38" to 66" allows for a wide range of placement options ensuring to bring out the best of any show. The boom length of 37" can be slid to any position along the base for optimal positioning and you can easily hide your XLR cables thanks to the wire management clips build right onto the mic stand keeping everything looking clean. We include a FREE microphone mount clip that will support a 1" or larger diameter microphone or screw on your own microphone adapter using either the 5/8 or 1/4" screw tip.

Shipping Policy
Although many orders are shipped the same day that we receive them, due to a variety of factors it can take up to 24 hours to process your credit card information and ship your order. FedEx picks up shipments daily, Monday through Friday around 4:00 PM (Eastern Time). They DO NOT operate on weekends or holidays. If you place an order for shipping on Friday night, the next available shipping day is Monday.
Transit time depends on where you are located and which warehouse we ship your order from.
Estimated Transit Times
IMPORTANT INFORMATION on expedited shipments such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3- Day Select:
1.) The pickup day is not counted as a transit day.
2.) Weekend and holidays are not counted as transit days.
Example: If you place an order Friday evening for 3-Day Select shipment and the following Tuesday happens to be a holiday, your order will be processed for Monday shipment. Since Tuesday is a holiday, the first transit day is Wednesday, the second transit day is Thursday and the final transit (and delivery) day is Friday. It is important to understand this scenario for all expedited shipment methods.
To avoid delay in the processing of your order, please be sure to provide us with accurate credit card information (name as it appears on the card, billing phone number and address). If this information does not match exactly with what the credit card company has on file for you, you will need to be contacted for the correct information. Contact is normally to the email address that you have provided on your order form. If this information is not correct or you don't check your mail regularly, you may miss important correspondence from us regarding your order.
HiFiSoundConnection
ships via FedEx and USPS depending on the item. Larger items and heavier orders will ship via FedEx services. Smaller items such as harnesses, fuses etc will ship via USPS service. Although our shopping cart calculates shipping via FedEx, we sometimes will ship via FedEx, DHL or another similar carrier. Each carrier has it's areas where service is better than another and we try to select the best service to get your order delivered in the most timely manner. In instances we use FedEx or another carrier, the shipping charges will be exactly as calculated on our shopping cart. We ship to both the US and Canada and we can ship internationally but PLEASE be sure to contact us first before placing an international order. Note: For any orders shipping internationally you are responsible for any and all custom duty fees and taxes. Most items shipped via FedEx ground will arrive within 2 to 7 days depending on your location in the US and 7 to 14 days within Canada.
Free shipping
on items only applies to orders shipping to the Continental United States. If you live outside the Continental United States you will have to pay for the normal shipping charges to your location.

You can call us from Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 9:00PM Central Standard Time or Saturday through Sunday from 10:00AM to 7:00PM Central Standard Time.
You can also email us and one of our friendly staff will get back to you usually within one to two hours. All emails are answered in the order they are received and we do answer them all. Include your invoice # and email address with all emails. Please make sure to check your junk mail filter for replies. Sometimes email programs will accidentally place our emails in your junk mail folder.
Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving your product you may return certain items in their original condition and packaging for a refund.
We are not responsible for any shipping and/or handling charges to return an item to HiFiSoundConnection. We will pay the shipping of replacements back to your location.
Your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with a .00 minimum fee.
If exchanging you will NOT be subject to the 20% restocking fee. You WILL have to pay the return shipping costs.
We do
NOT
refund the amount you paid for shipping, duties, taxes, or any other charge incurred getting the item to your location.
We reserve the right to charge a 35.00 flat fee on warranty / exchanges if the original product packaging is not included.
Other fees associated with items not included with the returned merchandise such as bass knobs, fuse holders, manuals, etc that were not included with the package are also subject to additional fees depending on the item not returned.
All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Any packages sent back without an RMA number will be delayed and possibly rejected. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
All returns will be tested before any refund is given.

The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you, or services performed by anyone other than HiFiSoundConnection.
Within 30 days of receiving your product, if it becomes defective you can claim our in-house HiFiSoundConnection warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We are not responsible for any shipping and / or handling charges to return a defective item to HiFiSoundConnection.
We will pay for the shipping on the replacement product going back to your location.
We reserve the right to refer you to the manufacturer for any warranty exchanges.
We reserve the right to switch you to a comparable product if the original product is out of stock or discontinued.
We will not send your replacement item until we have received and checked in the defective product, this may take up to
5 business days
. All returns will be tested before any refund is given.
Any item that is returned MUST first have RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before sending the package, if the package does not have an RMA number clearly on the outside of the return packaging it will be automatically refused. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
Subwoofer Exception
: Our warranty does not cover blown voice coils, or subwoofers that have been punctured. This is considered abuse by the manufacturer and is not covered under warranty.
Defective items cannot be returned for a refund.
