Since 1999, Oberwerk has set the standard for optical innovation and value.  These 7mm 1.25" 70-degree AFOV telescope eyepieces are fully broadband multi-coated and have precision adjustable twist-up eyecups, and compare in quality and performance to much higher-priced eyepieces from other manufacturers, such as Baader Morpheus and Televue Delos. The black hard-anodized aluminum barrels are straight (no undercuts) and are threaded to accept 1.25" filters.  We originally sold these in pairs (for 0) for use with our XL Series Binocular Telescopes.  Because these 8-element eyepieces are quite large, some customers had trouble using them side-by-side.  So we redesigned the eyepieces to have a conical-shape top, which solved that problem.  We still have some brand-new inventory of the original flat-top design, so we're selling them individually here on eBay for just .95.  There's no problem with using them in a single-focuser telescope, so at this price, they're an unbeatable buy for anyone looking for a high-quality eyepiece for their telescope.
