Our New products are covered by a warranty of 1 year parts and 90 days of labor when the manufacture does not apply. If you need more information, please contact our customer service department for warranty info. 6AVE will provide a warranty of 1-year parts and 90-days for labor and defects for new products in any case where the manufacturer will not do so.
Our Certified Refurbished products are covered with a Two – year Comprehensive warranty provided by Allstate, US only.
If you purchased a camera body, please note there are instances where we ship the camera body in a box which originally included the camera and the lens. The lens has been removed when it is not part of your purchase. Most manufactures do not include a paper manual. A pdf manual will be provided upon request.
Prices change frequently and we do not offer price protection. All orders are subject to verification before shipment.
Our packages are insured and may require a signature. In accordance with PayPal and eBay policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the confirmed PayPal address received with your purchase. The HM1000 M is a reference hanging module compatible with all capsules of the DAM+ Series (CK41, CK43 and CK49). It is used to fly microphones from the ceiling to record music or speech in places of worship or conference rooms, or on theater stages. An integrated switchable light-ring shows the status of the microphone at a glance. A special light-ring expander comes with every DAM+ hanging module to improve the visibility of the LED ring if necessary. The HM1000 M provides a 10m (33ft) special cable that will not tend to twist, even if the temperature varies. A spring steel hanging clamp for precise microphone alignment is also included in the package. The integrated system connector fits all available phantom power modules of the DAM+ Series.
