You Know It's Good News!
This is the inspiration for George Harrison to write the song, Savoy Truffle. The story goes that Eric Clapton loved these chocolates, and George was concerned that eating too many would affect his teeth. And they are all here:
Creme Tangerine, Montelimart, Ginger Sling, and a Pineapple Heart (OK, it was actually Pineapple Treat, but that didn't rhyme).
And now you're hearing the song in your head.
So Good News wasn't just a lyric, it was the name of this assortment of chocolates!
This is a reproduced photo of the top of the box. There were some wrinkles in the wrapping which are visible in the photo, but they do not detract from the image.
Printed on glossy photo paper measuring 5 x 7 inches, image is 4 ½ x 5 ¾ inches.
